Maintenance to your security system is an essential way to help prevent false alarm activations and ensure your alarm remains effective in Protecting your family and property against crime and may well be a requirement of your insurance company, with our flexible options we have a package that’s right for your system and budget you can choose to spread your maintenance cost each month with a direct debit payment or pay the annual fee off in one lump sum.

Gold Service Package

 

One annual Service visit to your site in order to carry out preventive maintenance to your system to include the following checks. 

 

  1. All system batteries in detection  equipment (i.e room sensors and door contacts etc ) and main control panel and replace if required.                                                         
  2. That all system voltages are within manufactures tolerances.                                  
  3. Make sure existing detection is still effective in protecting your property and if necessary change or make recommendations.                                                    

  4. Test system programming and change or adjust if required.                                                  

  5. Test communications from the system.       

 
  • 247 Call-out cover, no call-out charge, or hourly rate applies, up to three call-outs per year.                                                                        
  • 10% discount, on extra detection equipment (room sensors if required) labour costs and batteries.                            
  • Security System Alarm Inspection Board, Issue a one off SSAIB certificate of system conformity, as required by some insurance companies.                                      
  • 24/7 call centre monitoring, should your alarm system activate a permanently manned call centre will contact you and other key holders to inform you that your system has activated. **  *                                 
  • Free battery cover, no battery cost every again, each year will will replace any low battery on your alarm system saving you £££.                                                                        
  • Total comprehensive cover, to include the replacement of ANY faulty alarm equipment, parts & labour, but does not include acts of nature, malicious damage flood or fire damage only general wear and tear conditions apply. ^
