Before a remote setup session can start, you will need to complete and have the following information ready.

Have your computer connected to the router and the internet working.

Have the DVR connected to the router with an ethernet lead.

Know the user name and password of the DVR

Know the gateway address of the router, and the user name and password of the router. 
Example (192.168.0.1) (User Name: Admin) (Password: 123456)

Know the make and model of the router.

Be able to talk with the operator and work on the DVR at the same time to make changes, as required.

Have all devices available that you wish to have access to your CCTV system. 

It is also assumed that you have some PC knowledge, and you are able to navigate throughout the DVR menu structure.Most sessions last between, 45 minutes to 1 hour, we regret that in the unlikely event that your system is not operational in this time we are unable to refund any payment, and a further session may need to be purchased.
